 Past Project Example 

This project included design and programming of the Artificial Lift (Rod Pumping) control system using Sauer Danfoss PLUS+1 MC050 microcontroller and DP610 display.  Automation and control functions included engine monitoring and shutdowns, position and motion control of hydraulically actuated piston lifting the sucker rod, pump off controls and optimization, local HMI design, Modbus communication, and mathematical analysis of bottom-hole conditions.
